SW System Integration Engineer – C4I

We are looking for an experienced and passionate SW System Integration Engineer to join the C4I applications development team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Support the definition of the Test and Evaluation Management Plan, including definition and planning of test, integration, verification and validation activities
• Support system trials and demonstration events
• Planning and execution of formal acceptance tests with relevant stakeholders
• Support integration at various levels: SW-Domain integration, SW-System integration and System Platform integration
• Development of test and integration supporting tools
• Creation and management of system test procedures, descriptions and reports
• Identification and management of issues coming from test and integration activities
• Collaborate with DevOps team to establish CI/CD
• Field integration activities
• Support delivery of product’s baselines
• Adopt Agile development principles
• Collaborate with and report to the System Integration Manager

Requirements:

• Qualification: PhD, Masters or Bachelors - Computer Engineer / Software Engineer / Electronic Engineer / Mathematics
• 10+ years of experience with SW development, test and integration
• 5+ years of experience in test and integration of Aerospace and Defense systems/subsystems
• Experience with automated testing
• Experience from DevOps and tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, TeamCity
• Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
• Experience from Agile development, e.g., Scrum, Lean, Kanban
• Good level of spoken and written English language (upper-intermediate)
